Returns

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its entire contents and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

1) Any opened food or treat products

2) Any opened supplements

If you wish to return your box, please email us on support@pawfecttrading.co.uk before sending it back to us. We will endeavour to sort out your problem as best we can first.

How to return your box

You are only able to return your box to us, 14 days after it has been delivered.  This is the warranty period.

To return your product, please enclose your order number and re-send it back to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (please keep your proof of postage). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping cost will be deducted.

What to do if your item is damaged

If your item is damaged please take a photo of the product and send us an email on support@pawfecttrading.co.uk  and we will do our best to come to a solution. 

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next payment is taken (on the 1st of the month). You are unable to cancel any order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Please note, that if you provide wrong or out of date card details - we will continue to try to charge your card up to 6 times until successful. This means that if you update your card details halfway through the month, you will be charged. 

Late or missing items

If you haven’t received your box yet, first check your bank account to see that payment has been taken. Secondly please check the Royal Mail tracking number on your account to find the location of your order.
